  • Read (with a partner) "Ill-Equipped Rescuers Dig Out Volcano Victims; Aid Slow to Reach Colombian Town" (pages 267 - 269 HOLT 4th Edition Text)
  • Take Cornell Notes (at least 4 inquiry questions)
  • At the bottom of your Cornell Notes, write a Summary Statement (follow the same directions that are used with AoW)
  • Then, answer the (comparing themes across genres) questions - this is the link for the assignment
