  • Semester 1 - each book needs to be a minimum of 150 pages
  • (Will be accountable for an in-class writing following the completion of each book)
  •  Book Card (include your name and period, book title, author, genre, and number of pages)
  • HOLT textbook checkout
  • Library:  Independent Reading Books checkout

  • Bring book and card on Wednesday

  • Library orientation (all period)
  • Meet in the classroom first in order to take attendance

Wednesday, August 28
  • Classroom administrative visits for the first 10 - 15 minutes
  • Independent Reading
  • Turn in book cards
  • Stereotypes (ppt and discussion)
  • Brainstorm 4 stereotypes about your generation (Gen Z)

Friday, August 30
  • Transfer annotations to Cornell Note Format
