Tryouts
Interested in trying out for the Pleasant Valley Baseball program? Optional workouts begin in February. We offer 3 teams, a Varsity (V) team made up of juniors and seniors, Junior Varsity (JV) made up of sophomores and freshman, and a Freshman (F) team made up of freshman.
Getting Cleared to Play
1) Fill out the PV Baseball 2024 Tryout Google Form while signed into your school accout.
2) Physical Form Must get a physical each year. Form must be signed and completed by a the physician
3) Code of Conduct Player and parent must sign the Code of Conduct.
4) AthleticClearance.com: Where you go to enter all information about your physical, medical insurance, and code of conduct. You will need to create an account to do so.
