Bio: A pure left-handed swing that can hit to all fields and possesses a good baseball IQ on the base paths. Jacob is fully devoted to baseball and plays year round for the high school and the Chico Riverhawks/Thunder Baseball Club. His family has a history in baseball as his dad played eleven years of pro ball, three of which were in the major leagues. Accompanying his baseball skills is a 4.0 GPA that is on track to be above 4.2 by the time he is out of high school.
Athletic Achievements: Back-to-back Junior Varsity league champs.
Academic Achievements: 2016 California State Senate Award, Honors English X2, AP World History, AP US History, Honors Trigonometry, AP Statistics, AP Chemistry, AP Language and Composition.
College/Career: Jacob is primarily seeking a UC that he can get into through academics and will hopefully have the opportunity to play baseball there but is also open to other scenarios. He is currently undecided on what he wants to pursue as a career.
Other Interests: In his free time, Jacob likes to watch professional sports such as baseball, football, and basketball both in person as well as on television. He also enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and traveling.
