Turn your forms into the Main Office or the Athletic Directors Office ASAP. 
You must meet the academic requirements.
   
(Each year we calculate the cost to provide CUSD transportation (ie bus and/or van) for each sport to away games,)  Transportation donation amounts coming TBA
