 If you have a stick borrowed from the program or that you do not use lying around please return or donate it to the program.

        • Turn your forms into the Main Office or the Athletic Directors Office ASAP. 
        • You must meet the academic requirements.
             
(Each year we calculate the cost to provide CUSD transportation (ie bus and/or van) for each sport to away games,)  Transportation donation amounts coming TBA
